Made some progress on the suspension and chassis.
The axles have been rebuilt with lower ratio crownwheel and pinion. All new bearings, rebuilt calipers. The front axle is from a GU patrol, much stronger but makes getting parts a little more tricky.
The local powdercoating company did my springs as they were a bit large and time consuming for my powder coating system.
Chassis repainted in 2-pack. New bushes for the shocks (repainted in 2-pack).
I also removed the old towbar which was really badly attached to the chassis. Goodness knows how it survived all those years being pulled about while off-road.
