Hi .. sounds like a great project. There isn’t too much to the removal process .. just quite a lot of stuff, lots of fans, pipes etc. On mine, the electrical cables fed back to a control box by the back window, it was full of relay, I just disconnected the whole lot.
The rest of it was removing the pipes etc.
In the roof, there is a fibreglass vent, I’ve blocked off the inlet air vent but am thinking about how to have an automatic vent system when the interior of the bus gets too hot.

Hi, I have the same bus but a 10.5m 91 fuso. I have been wondering about the twin compressors and how did you delete the pipes leading to the air conditioning unit and not interfere with the air assistance system. Can I just blank it off at the compressors and leave the assistance side unaffected.
Thank you for any information and maybe pics if possible related to this.

Hi Ashley. The twin compressors on the top of the engine are for the air conditioning only. The air suspension, brakes etc all operate off a separate air compressor on the drivers side of the engine, so disconnecting the twin air compressors had no effect on the rest of the air operations (brakes, horn, suspension, door, exhaust brake .. from memory)
