On the ceiling I added closed cell high density polystyrene. Because of the ribs in the roof, I had to add two layers using a thicknesser to fit between the rows of ribs. Then a strip of 10mm timber to attach the final ceiling liner.
This insulation has worked really well. The main heat loss is ow through the windows,
